Sentry served as the General Contractor for the fabrication and installation of digester platforms at a natural gas site in Minnesota. The client selected our team to manage and deliver this specialized industrial project from start to finish, trusting Sentry’s proven capabilities in custom fabrication and field installation.
Our Manufacturing Division fabricated structural platforms to specification in-house, while our General Construction and SD Service teams coordinated delivery and onsite installation using stick welding, man baskets, and telehandler equipment. Together, these efforts ensured seamless coordination between shop fabrication and field installation of the anaerobic digester despite limited site access and tight timelines.
The new digester platforms provide the natural gas facility with safe, elevated access to digester ports designed for long-term operational reliability and worker safety. The custom-fabricated platforms include complete stairways, handrails, and connection points with precise fit-up and solid structural tie-ins. By combining in-house manufacturing with skilled field installation services, Sentry provided the client with turnkey fabrication and installation delivered as one coordinated team.
