Project Overview

Sentry served as General Contractor and Project Manager for a new multi-tenant retail shell on 11th St. SE in Watertown. The building delivers a clean, durable envelope and full-height storefronts that set up future tenants for efficient fit-outs. Our team coordinated schedule, quality, safety, and trade partners from foundations through roof, with preplanning for a potential drive-thru bay and white-box readiness.

Materials & Systems

EIFS (MD system with rigid insulation), stone veneer (to coordinate with adjacent context), exterior tile, UNA-CLAD UC-500 fascia/soffit panels, aluminum storefront, EPDM roof, LED canopy lighting, Energy Edge foundation edge insulation.
