The Tulare Water System Improvements project involved key municipal infrastructure upgrades focused on improving water distribution reliability and modernizing aging system components. The project included construction of a new Pump House and Maintenance Shop, along with water main improvements to reconfigure portions of the city’s existing distribution network.
