Sentry served as the commercial general contractor for this buildout, converting an unfinished tenant space into a fully operational coffee shop featuring custom architectural elements, coordinated building systems, and a customer-focused interior layout.
Constructed within an active strip mall environment, the project required detailed coordination between multiple trades and careful scheduling to maintain progress and quality. Sentry self-performed select scopes of work while coordinating specialty subcontractors to deliver a code-compliant, finished space aligned with the client’s vision.
