Sentry completed the construction of its Manufacturing & Operations Facility in Watertown, South Dakota using a Nucor pre-engineered metal building system designed to support long-term operational flexibility, manufacturing support, and future growth across multiple self-performing divisions.
Serving as both an operational headquarters and a showcase of Sentry’s design-build PEMB capabilities, the project highlights the flexibility, scalability, and durability of Nucor Building Systems across commercial, industrial, manufacturing, and operational environments.
The facility combines office space, fabrication support areas, operational staging, training space, electrical infrastructure, controls & automation support areas, fleet coordination, and large-scale open operational floor areas into one integrated facility designed around workflow, operational efficiency, and long-term functionality.
Constructed using a Nucor pre-engineered metal building system, the facility was intentionally designed to support large-scale operational flexibility, clear-span functionality, and long-term industrial durability.
