94% complete,
with a substantial completion walkthrough scheduled for December 2026.

A Closer Look at the Project

The Mandaree Water Treatment Plant is part of the Three Affiliated Tribes’ Fort Berthold Rural Water system.

The project includes construction of a new
120-by-160-foot water treatment facility,
along with pumping equipment, process piping, filtration systems, and associated electrical and control systems.

Additional improvements to existing water treatment and intake facilities are also included in the overall project.

Recognizing the People Behind the Project

Projects of this scale require careful planning, coordination, and experienced people working together.

This project has been on schedule and budget thanks to Kyle Waliezer’s competent onsite leadership.

Managing a project long distance with so many moving parts is no small task, and Kyle Waliezer’s work has been instrumental in bringing the project this close to completion.

The Estimating and Project Management team (including Garret Huumala, Brady Burghardt, Darrin Walltz) has also been instrumental in the project’s success.

We’re proud of the work being done at Mandaree and look forward to sharing the finished project.
