Sentry served as the General Contractor for the 502 Main multi-use building in Lake Norden, SD. Black River Holdings entrusted our team to manage and deliver this 13-month project from concept through completion, relying on Sentry’s proven expertise in commercial development.
Our Project Management team coordinated every stage of delivery — from design review and scheduling to subcontractor oversight and client updates. The Electrical Division provided full design-build services, engineering and wiring the entire building. Meanwhile, South Dakota Service handled steel erection, crane work, and the installation of Sentry-manufactured accessories.
The completed three-story structure now serves multiple purposes: corporate headquarters, residential apartments, and retail space. Featuring 11 modern apartments above ground-floor commercial units, 502 Main showcases innovative mixed-use design while delivering long-term value for the client and community. By combining strong project management with specialized in-house divisions, Sentry provided Black River Holdings with a single point of accountability and a smooth, efficient path to project completion.
