This three-story, multi-family development delivers 19 new loft-style residences designed to meet the community’s growing housing needs. Located at 2014 & 2016 Kemp Place East, each home features a private, attached ground-level garage with modern, efficient living space above — creating a true loft and townhome-style experience.
