Sentry served as the General Contractor for the City of New Rockford’s Water Treatment Plant Renovation. Selected through a competitive public bid, our team was trusted to manage and deliver this critical municipal upgrade from start to finish.
Our Project Management Division oversaw every phase — from system removal and tank renovation to equipment installation and final commissioning. Supporting teams from Electrical, South Dakota Service, and North Dakota Service provided complete system installation, controls integration, and technical support. Together, these efforts allowed the project to transition seamlessly from demolition of the old lime-based system to installation of the new reverse osmosis treatment system — all within the 12-month schedule.
The upgraded facility now delivers modern, efficient water purification technology, ensuring clean and safe drinking water for the community. The new reverse osmosis system replaced outdated lime-based methods with advanced equipment, automated controls, and fully integrated electrical systems. By combining strong project management with multi-division technical expertise, Sentry provided the City of New Rockford with a single point of accountability and smooth, end-to-end delivery.
