From the pipes behind the walls to the systems that keep a building comfortable, our Mechanical Division plays an important role in bringing every project to life.
This week, we’re putting the spotlight on the skilled plumbing and HVAC technicians who make up Sentry’s Mechanical team. Their experience, teamwork, and attention to detail help keep projects moving forward while ensuring each system is installed safely and correctly.
Since first arriving on-site on August 31, the team has been working on and off at The Flats on Kemp, a local community project in Watertown, South Dakota. Their work continued through last week, and they have made some great progress along the way.
Here are a few highlights of what the team has accomplished:
- Set two commercial water heaters
- Connected the drain, waste, and vent piping in the parking garage
- Brought the water mains into the mechanical room
- Plumbed the water main and water heaters
- Turned the water on to the building
Once the remaining plumbing work is complete, the team will be ready for the final plumbing inspection.
The work our Mechanical team does may not always be visible once a building is finished, but it is essential to how that building operates every day. We appreciate the dedication, craftsmanship, and pride they bring to every job.
Thank you to everyone involved for representing Sentry and continuing to deliver quality work. Great job, team!
