Our Manufacturing team built a full set of structural platforms to provide safe, elevated access to digester ports at a natural gas site in Minnesota. Each platform was built to specification and fabricated in-house, then delivered ready for install.
Sentry’s SD Services crew installed two platforms onsite, using stick welding to complete field assembly including stairways, handrails, and connection points. The team used man baskets for install and welding, and a telehandler to safely set the structure into place. Despite limited access and tight timelines, the crew delivered a clean install with precise fit-up and solid structural tie-ins.
